Microwave Generators


Microwave generator 10 x 1 kW 2450 MHz
Thyristor regulated power supplies with between 5% and 100% adjustable performance, external air-cooled microwaves heads, hollow conductor system R26 or R32, Waveness of the anode current 100%. The generators can be controlled remotely through an SPS interface. Cupboard volumn 800x800x2000mm (BxTxH).
 

Microwave generator 6 kW 2450 MHz
Inductive power supply with electromagnetic performance regulation. Boarder water-cooled Magnetron head, insulator in a R26 hollow conductor system for stable and appropriate operation of the Magnetrons, Waveness of the anode current < 5%. Operation of the generator through front panel, RS232 or CAN interface. Cupboard volumn 600x600x1400mm (BxTxH).
 

Microwave generator 4 x 6 kW 2450 MHz
Switch mains adapter with external water-cooled microwaves heads, insulator in a R26 hollow conductor system for stable and appropriate operation of the Magnetrons, Waveness of the anode current < 5%. Generators pulsable with a maximum frequency of 1 kHz. Operation through front panel and professional bus-interface, control for 4 engine tuners installed. Cupboard volumn 600x800x2000mm (BxTxH).
 

Microwave generator 5 x 6 kW 2450 MHz
Switch mains adapter with external water-cooled microwaves heads, insulator in a R26 hollow conductor system for stable and appropriate operation of the Magnetrons, Waveness of the anode current < 5%, very fast shutoff time with low remaining energy. Operation through front panel and interbus-interface. Cupboard volumn 1200x800x2000mm (BxTxH).
 

Microwave generator 60 kW 915 MHz
Switch mains adapter with control unit, external 60 kW of microwaves head water-cooled and insulator (not illustrated) to the stable and appropriate operation of 60 kW Magnetrons in a R9 hollow conductor system. Waveness of the anode current < 5%, very fast shutoff time with low remaining energy, protects the Magnetron with an ARC in the system. Modular constructed and for the available performance low weight.

 

Microwave Generator 100 kW 915 MHz
Inductive power supply with electromagnetic performance regulation. Internal water-cooled Magnetron head, insulator in a R9 hollow conductor system for the stable and appropriate operation of the Magnetrons, hollow conductor end alternatively by the cupboard cover or the side wall, Waveness of the anode current < 5%. Operation of the generator through front panel, RS232 or CAN interface. Cupboard volumn 800x2400x2000mm (BxTxH).

Microwave head water-cooled
Smaller and compacter water-cooled 1,5 kW microwave head R26 / WR340. All connections are accessible and plugable from the front side. Versions with 300 W to 3 kW can be realised in the closed structure.
 
Microwave head water-cooled
Open water-cooled microwave head with 3 kW Magnetron, with flange R26 / WR340, for fitting in a mashine. Heat transformer and temperature switch are already cabled up on the clamp rail.
 
Microwave head air-cooled
Open air-cooled microwave head with 1,5 kW magnetron, with flange R26 / WR340, for fitting in the mashine. Versions with 300 W to 3 kW can be realized in the open plat structure.
 
Microwave head air-cooled
Smaller and compacter air-cooled 300 W microwave head R26 / WR340. All connections are accessible and plugable from the front side. Versions with 300 W to 2 kW can be delivered in a closed structure.
 
Microwave head water-cooled
Compact water-cooled 6 kW microwave head R26 / WR340. All connections are accessible and plugable from the front side. Insulator is mounted for stable operation of Magnetron YJ1600 under changable burden and adjustment.
Power supplies for magnetrons

Mains adapter for 300 W Magnetron
Power supply with continuous performance regulation (0 - 100%) through electromagnet regulation for external microwave head with YJ1530SP. All cables to the head are able to plug in/out. Waveness 100% with 100 hertz. Mains voltage 230V/50 hertz, other values of the power supply are possible on inquiry.
 
Mains adapter for 1.45 kW Magnetron
Power supply with thyristor regulation of approx. 5 - 100%, performance regulation with external control signal 0-10V DC. Open construction for the assembly in the separate switch cupboard or in the microwave generator. Waveness 100% with 50 hertz. Available for the Magnetron performance classes of 800 W to 2000 W and with the mains voltage 230 V or 400 V with 50 / 60 hertz.
 
Double mains adapter with LC stabilization
Mains adapter for the operation of 2 pieces 1,45 kW Magnetrons. Open construction for the assembly in the separate switch cupboard or in the microwave generator. Waveness to 1,45 kW 100 % with 50 / 60 hertz, to 2 and 3 kW 100 % with 100 / 120 hertz. The middle performance can be controlled by an external tact signal. Available for the Magnetron performance classes of 800 W to 3000 W and with the mains voltage 110 V, 230 V or 400 V with 50 / 60 hertz.
 
Double mains adapter for 2x 1,2 kW Magnetron
Power supply with thyristor regulation of approx. 5 - 100%, performance regulation with external control signal 0-10V DC. Waveness 100% with 50 hertz. Construction in 19 " insertions 6HE. Available for the Magnetron performance classes of 800 W to 2000 W and with the mains voltage 230 V or 400 V with 50 / 60 hertz.

Pulsable mains adapter for 300 W Magnetron
Pulsable power supply with continuous (0-100%) performance regulation for external microwave head. All cables to the head are able to plug in/out. Waveness of the high frequency < 2%. Pulsable through external tact of CW to 20 kHz with up to 600 W of peak performance. Mains voltage 230V/50 hertz. Performance classes to 2 kW available.
 
Switch mains adapter to 50 kHz tactable
Switch mains adapter for the operation of 1,25 kW Magnetrons. It works alternatively in the CW (Waveness < 3%) or in the tacted operation of 2 kHz to 50 kHz. According to pulse and pause relationship, microwave impulses can be produced up to 3 kW. Ideal for applications in the area of plasma production and coating.
 
Current supply 6 kW in 19 " housings 7HE
Switch mains adapter for the operation of 6 kW Magnetrons YJ1600. Power supply 3x 400 V 50 / 60 hertz, Waveness of the high frequency performance < 3%. Front plate with 2 digital display of the pre-running and return-running performance, various status displays and operating elements. A version with reasonalbe price is also available with transformer's mains adapter and electromagnet regulation.

For the operation through manual control is an operating unite available for the control panel installation or in the 2HE plug-in housing. The operation with a PC or an industrial control is possible through an interface RS232. Shortly a CAN-bus switch is also available.
